Who We Are The Young Christian Leaders' Alliance is a group of Bible-believing, preservationist, constitutionalist young people based in the Upstate of South Carolina. Our purpose is to help each other learn and mobilize for the glory of God, so we can proclaim His Truth in the culture! Please become involved with us to reclaim America for the Biblical worldview.
 Liberty In Law: About our slogan "Liberty In Law" is a phrase from the second verse of the song America the Beautiful. It was adopted by us as a fitting description of Christian beliefs and objectives. Liberty In Law is the idea that true freedom does not exist apart from Law and rights as enacted by the Creator. As John Locke, a writer near the end of the 1600s, put it, "Where-ever Law ends, tyranny begins." We may find God's fundamental directives and Law for mankind in the Ten Commandments. Although government is not to directly enforce the Ten Commandments, a good government will codify them in Constitutions and Bills of Rights. A good government will also acknowledge God as the Giver of rights and freedom, as did the Founding Fathers of these United States. View the LIL Resolutions Feature Column Yesterday, the Politico quoted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as saying, "I'm trying to save the planet; I'm trying to save the planet." She was responding, of course, to pressure that she and her fellow Democrats are experiencing to suspend a congressional ban on offshore oil drilling in the face of skyrocketing energy prices. It would be really wonderful, however, if the liberal congresswoman could get as energized about saving our once-great republic. Read more now! | What We Stand For The YCLA vision is one of enthusiasm for the Biblical worldview and the amazing message of the Good News. The Biblical worldview means living Christianity everywhere we are. We, along with our parents and other overseers, wish to challenge other young people to be examples of Christ, and serve and lead for lawful, Christian principles in America. We believe that the Bible should be supreme in all areas of life. Today, there exists a definite crisis, which is made clear everywhere from the broad and corrupt political process to the precise researches of "science," and from the huge government school system to our own individual families and communities. That crisis is caused by a concept called moral relativism. Moral relativism is the lack of an external moral standard (or "locus point"), which in turn causes the lack of a possibility for real justice, freedom, or purpose for life. It is only in trusting and living God's Word as that Standard that these United States can be reclaimed. Can I Join the YCLA? Yes, membership is free! If you are a young person between 10 and 21 years old, you may become a member. You must be a born-again believer in Christ, with the right attitude, and a view for serving others. You must also agree to our Constitution, participate in at least two meetings or activities, and have your parents' approval before joining. Finally, you will be certified by our Board. Pray for China Now The eyes of the world have ceased to be on the Olympics. But the eyes of God remain on His children and especially those who suffer for their faith.
Despite what you may hear in the news, Chinese Christians who refuse to register with the government controlled church are being persecuted. Many have undergone horrific suffering. Subscribe to a magazine for "Rebuilding the Biblical Worldview"! 
Ken Ham's ministry, Answers in Genesis, has a fabulous, thick, glossy publication which is put out quarterly for $28 a year: Answers Magazine. Answers Magazine demonstrates that Evolution is not only unscientific, it demolishes any attempt to reclaim our culture. We must first rebuild the foundation, found in Genesis, before we can hope to successfully evangelize or win political victories. Answers In Genesis announced a program in January, created especially for young people's groups like ours, to increase the circulation of their magazine and help us fund-raise at the same time. We are thus allowed to distribute subscriptions for a large discount!
